Mr. Leek, I find it annoying how all comments must be approved first, just so that you know....haha
Of course he is repeating a line. That is what politicians are supposed to do--get a talking point and repeat it to get the message to the electorate.
He was also fond of "feet of clay" line which he repeated at least a half dozen times.
