Will Bardwell first brought the Cowboy logo to my attention and now Big Head DC brings us this:
Big Head DC:
Al Hopkins, running for attorney general in Mississippi, knows how to handle a campaign. He served on committees to elect George W. Bush and Dubya’s dad, too. Al also campaigned for Trent Lott, so he’ll have someone to call when he has to resign for stealing logos from the Dallas Cowboys and the men’s lacrosse team at Johns Hopkins.
Unqualified?
ReplyDeleteGet a law degree, have a respectable/successful law practice for thirty years, and then have somebody tell you that you are not qualified to the AG of the State of Mississippi.
Hopkins brings to the table something Hood does not...an understanding of issues facing the State outside of prosecuting.
If I needed an attorney, and I had a choice between these two men, there is no doubt that I would rather have Hopkins on my team. I throw partisanship right out the window when choosing legal counsel.
Jim Hood is the only qualified prosecutor in this race. Alvin Hopkins is not even up to date with current copyright laws as far as Im concerned. When someone steals your identity or tries to solicit sex from your kids who do you want to protect you? A prosecutor or a career trial lawyer.
