Is John McCain REALLY Advertising in Mississippi?

Time's The Page:

Will be cycled into McCain’s ad buy on national cable and in Colorado, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

The Republicans will say they're not worried about Mississippi, but John McCain's campaign doesn't have enough money to spend in places he's "not worried."

I'll note that almost all of those are states George Bush won or (like Wisconsin) nearly did. This is defensive spending.
