There are two new Research 2000 polls out today on Mississippi. Thank the Daily Kos for paying for the polling costs.
Musgrove - 44
Wicker - 45
MoE 4%
Obama - 42
McCain - 51
MoE 4%
Looks like the Wicker Musgrove race has settled into a near tie. The last three polls have been within 1 point one way or the other. Obama actually outperformed his numbers from the last Research 2000 poll run in May when he trailed by 15.
Kos has Wicker up. I think you transposed those
ReplyDeleteYep. It's statistically insignificant, but the Research2000 poll has Wicker up by one. You've got them mixed.
ReplyDeleteWhat I find much more heartening (and noted this on The Thorn Papers is that the cross-tabs of this poll show 15% of African American voters listed as undecided.
Even in Swing States, its looking better for the GOP. Amazing, since John McCain has been out of the media for the past week...

My bad, no cut and paste into blogger, innocent mistake. Either way its tight as a tick.
ReplyDeleteDid they not poll the D1 congressional race? Or just choose to not release it? I'm honestly asking.
ReplyDeleteI don't believe they polled the MS-01 race or the other Senate race.
