Unless Phil was drunk, this is really a stupid issue. An accident happened. Now, if Franks brings suit in Holmes County and tries to certify a class on behalf of all members of the legislature that have ever been in a wreck, you got a story.

  2. Again, from what I hear, Jamie was parked illegally. How does that facor in the equation?

  3. If only you had it on video, Mississippi would be in a class with Alabama, where one state Senator punched another one.

Where I come from it is extremely bad manners, not to mention illegal, to leave the scene after you hit someone else's vehicle. And the "I didn't even know I hit it" excuse didn't work when you were seventeen and it doesn't work now.

  4. Phil Bryant did not leave the scene. I just think it's a fun story (with the possible exception for some involved). This was only an accident. :)

  5. Not much damage to that big white Gas Guzzler!
Perhaps Phil should back up and try it again!
