I missed his speech, but caught up with him later and he consented to recording the answer to why he would make the best Central District Transportation Commissioner:
You've got that right. Dick Hall was a big pro-abortion advocate when he was in the State Legislature. He has done a very poor job on traffic control on US Highway 80 in Pearl. You hit one red light after another. Some of the delays make no sense. I'll go all-out to help Warnock get elected. Just last week he asphalted a section of Highway 80, but our city streets are gigantic potholes. Why couldn't he asked the city of Pearl what needed to be asphalted instead of wasting taxpayers' money on an already good paved road?
