Charlie Ross has sent out a press release saying that he has a TV ad up.

He was largely right.
Once I've actually seen the ad I'll give some commentary.
I saw the ad. I can't believe being in the Air Force qualifies you to be Lt. Governor. He didn't mention a thing about the Castle Doctrine, which is his strong point in the rural areas.
